Damaged or Leaking Bottles:
If your bottle arrives leaking, please send pictures to aspiringaromas@gmail.com or (706)726-7225 within 24-48 hours of receiving it, and weβll be happy to replace it. However, if the bottle is broken due to carrier mishandling, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Order Processing:
All orders are processed in the order they are received, with a processing time of 7-10 business days. Please note that cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours from order placement.
Handcrafted & Packaged Items:
Since all our items are carefully handcrafted and packaged, please allow ample time for shipment.
Tracking Information:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your package.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once your package is in the possession of USPS, we are no longer responsible for any lost or delayed shipments. If your package is stolen after delivery, liability does not fall upon Aspiring Aromas.
Priority Shipping Insurance:
All priority shipping packages are insured. If your item arrives damaged, we will replace your order at no additional cost.
