Thank you for your continued love, patience, and support as it truly means the world to us! 🛍️ PHASE ONE 10am EST – READY TO SHIP 📅 Launch Date: July 25, 2026 These items are Ready to Ship and will begin processing shortly after your order is placed. 📦 Processing Time 7–15 Business Days (Business days do not include weekends or holidays.) Please note that this is our processing timeframe only and does not include the shipping carrier's transit time. 🌸 PHASE TWO 4PM EST – PREORDERS Didn't get everything you wanted during Phase One? No worries! Our preorder phase gives you another opportunity to purchase select products. 📦 Preorder Processing & Shipping Window August 17, 2026 – August 31, 2026 (or sooner if completed ahead of schedule). Preorder items are made specifically for this phase. Processing will begin on August 17th, and orders will ship as they are completed. Our goal is to have all preorder orders shipped by August 31st, but if we're able to finish earlier, we'll begin shipping them sooner. 🌍 INTERNATIONAL ORDERING Our International Ordering Window will be open July 21st – July 23rd, giving our international customers an opportunity to place their orders before the public launch. During this time, our International Order JotForm will be available for order submissions. Once your order is received, an invoice will be emailed to you for payment within 1 to 3 business days. Please Note: Although international customers receive early access to place their orders, all international orders will follow the same processing timeline as our U.S. Phase One Ready-to-Ship orders, with a processing timeframe of 7–15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been received. 💕 Thank you all for your continued support of our small business! ✨ Route Shipping Protection (Highly Recommended) ✨

We now offer Route Package Protection (Route Protect) at checkout, and we highly recommend adding it for extra peace of mind. Route helps protect both our customers and our business in the event a package is lost, damaged, stolen, or misdelivered during transit. If Route is selected, eligible shipping issues can typically be resolved directly through Route with a replacement or refund, making the claims process much quicker and easier. If Route is declined, you acknowledge that any lost, damaged, stolen, or misdelivered package claim must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. In these situations, Aspiring Aromas is not responsible for filing or managing carrier claims unless the carrier specifically determines that we, as the shipper, are required to do so. Any resolution will be subject to the carrier's investigation and claim determination.
