Refunds, Returns, Chargebacks & Disputes


All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade, made-to-order, personal, and hygienic nature of all Aspiring Aromas products, all sales are final.

Each item is produced, handled, and packaged with care specifically for each customer. For this reason, once an order is placed, it cannot be reversed.

Aspiring Aromas does not offer refunds under any circumstances unless explicitly stated within our policy.


No Returns Accepted

For health, safety, and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns. This policy is strictly enforced to protect the integrity of our products and ensure that all items received by customers are safe and unused.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Scent preference or personal dissatisfaction

  • Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

  • Processing or transit delays within the stated timeframe

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout

Once an item has left our facility, it cannot be returned or resold, and therefore is not eligible for return under any condition.


No Refunds Issued

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Orders placed in error or without reviewing product details

  • Delays that fall within the stated processing timeframe

  • Shipping carrier delays, rerouting, or transit issues

  • Packages marked as β€œdelivered” by the shipping carrier

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Failure to read or acknowledge our policies prior to purchase

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal scent preference

In the event of damage, leaks, or spills during transit, a replacement may be offered at our discretion in accordance with our Damaged Items Policy. Refunds will not be issued for these cases.


Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase with Aspiring Aromas, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have read, understood, and accepted all store policies, including Shipping, Processing, and Refund policies

  • You understand that all sales are final and not eligible for refunds or returns

  • You agree to the stated processing and fulfillment timelines

  • You accept responsibility for reviewing all order details prior to checkout

Any chargebacks or payment disputes filed for reasons that are clearly outlined within our policies will be formally contested.

We reserve the right to provide all necessary documentation to your financial institution, including but not limited to:

  • Proof of policy acknowledgment at checkout

  • Order confirmation details

  • Processing and shipping timelines

  • Carrier delivery confirmation

Filing a chargeback for policy-covered reasons may result in:

  • Denial of future orders

  • Blacklisting from our website and services

  • Further action as necessary to recover associated fees

By placing an order with Aspiring Aromas, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined above. These policies are in place to ensure transparency, fairness, and consistency for all customers.

Shipping Policy

Processing & Turnaround Time

All Aspiring Aromas products are handmade and processed in high volumes, especially during restocks, launches, and sales.

Standard processing time is 5–10 business days (not including weekends and holidays).

Processing time does not include transit time once the package has been handed to the carrier.

As each order is carefully crafted, shipments may not always go out in the exact sequence they were received. We might be waiting on a specific bottle size, label, or a freshly made scent batch to be completed.

If you notice another customer's order being shipped before yours, or if you placed multiple orders that didn't all ship together, please know that it just means those items were ready to go sooner.

If there happens to be a delay that goes beyond the indicated processing timeframe, we will ensure to keep you updated. You can always check the estimated processing times in your confirmation email, on all our social media channels, and most importantly, on our website.

Checkout Acknowledgment

At checkout, customers are required to select a mandatory acknowledgment box confirming that they understand and agree to the following:

By checking this box, you agree to variable lead times of 2–6 weeks, especially during sales or launches. You acknowledge that all orders are processed according to this stated timeframe and that all sales are final.

This acknowledgment serves as customer consent to our processing and shipping timelines.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to reflect movement after shipment. Aspiring Aromas is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been accepted by the shipping provider.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refunds. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Aspiring Aromas is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Please ensure your delivery location is secure. Any claims regarding missing packages must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

Spills, Leaks & Damaged Items

We carefully package every order. In the event that an item arrives spilled or damaged:

  • Replacements are offered for qualifying issues
  • Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging are required

Refunds are not issued for spills, leaks, or damage. Replacement is the sole resolution.
