Aspiring Aromas is an e-commerce store offering handmade fragrances. By shopping with us, you accept the following policies regarding purchases, shipping, intellectual property, and more.

3. Products

  • All product descriptions, pricing, and images are provided as accurately as possible.

  • Due to the handmade or natural nature of our products, slight variations in color, scent, or packaging may occur.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

4. Orders and Payments

  • Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

  • We accept all major cards.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently ship to the United States only through our website. Kindly refer to the International shipping tab for further information regarding the process on that.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for order shipped once you have received your shipping notification which will include your tracking information. 

  • Shipping times may vary depending on if purchases are made during the holiday season or during a sale. 

  • Shipping times vary depending on the destination and carrier.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

  • We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by third-party shipping providers.

6. No Refunds, No Returns and Cancellations/Edits Policy. 

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, cancellation or exchanges.

Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

We understand that our fragrance may not appeal to everyone, as scent is a subjective and is a personal preference, therefore we cannot assure you that our scent will suit your taste.

Given the nature of fragrance products, and for reasons of hygiene and safety, all sales are final. We do not permit returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed.

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, as long as they have not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order reaches the fulfillment stage, it is deemed final.

Any Discount/Promo codes cannot be applied to your order after it is placed. Sorry, no exceptions.

If you make multiple orders, the shipping will NOT be combined. Sorry, no exceptions.

Exceptions may only be made in the case of:

  • Receiving the wrong item.

  • A product arriving damaged or defective.

In such cases, you MUST contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@aspiringaromas.com, with clear photos of the issue and your order number. Anything after that timeframe will not be honored. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem.

All content on our website, including logos, images, product descriptions, and designs, is the intellectual property of Aspiring Aromas. Use or reproduction of any material without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
