The wait is almost over! 🥹💖 Our next restock is right around the corner, and we couldn't be more excited to bring back some of your favorites. Thank you for your continued love, patience, and support as it truly means the world to us!
Phase One — Ready to Ship: Launches July 25 at 10 AM EST. Ready-to-ship orders have a processing time of 7–15 business days.
Phase Two — Preorders: Begins at 4 PM EST. The preorder processing and shipping window is August 17–31.
International Ordering: International orders can be submitted July 21–23. This gives our international customers an opportunity to place their orders before the public launch.
During this time, our International Order JotForm will be available for order submissions. Once your order is received, an invoice will be emailed to you for payment within 1 to 3 business days.
Please Note: Although international customers receive early access to place their orders, all international orders will follow the same processing timeline as our U.S. Phase One Ready-to-Ship orders, with a processing timeframe of 7–15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been received.

Route helps protect both our customers and our business in the event a package is lost, damaged, stolen, or misdelivered during transit. If Route is selected, eligible shipping issues can typically be resolved directly through Route with a replacement or refund, making the claims process much quicker and easier. If Route is declined, you acknowledge that any lost, damaged, stolen, or misdelivered package claim must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. In these situations, Aspiring Aromas is not responsible for filing or managing carrier claims unless the carrier specifically determines that we, as the shipper, are required to do so. Any resolution will be subject to the carrier's investigation and claim determination.
