SHIPPING FAQ

📦 USPS Missing Mail & Broken Bottle FAQ

We understand how important your order is, and we want to make sure you’re informed about how USPS shipping works and what to do in case something goes wrong. Please review the information below carefully.

🔍 My tracking says "Delivered" but I haven’t received my package. What should I do?

This is a fairly common situation with USPS. Sometimes packages are marked as "Delivered" a day or two before they actually arrive.

Please allow 1–2 additional business days after a “Delivered” status. In many cases, USPS will deliver the package shortly after.

If it still hasn’t arrived after that window, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or household members

  • Contacting your local post office directly

  • Filing a Missing Mail Search or Claim with USPS

💥 My bottle arrived broken — what can I do?

We’re sorry to hear that! All orders are shipped with $100 USPS shipping insurance.

If your package was damaged in transit:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and the broken item.

  2. File a claim directly with USPS:

Please note: Once we drop off your package at the post office, it is in USPS’s hands. If the damage occurred during shipping, USPS is responsible for the damage, and the insurance they provide should cover your loss.

📝 Why can't you send a replacement?

As a small business, we rely on USPS insurance to cover any losses due to damage or missing mail. Since each package includes coverage up to $100, USPS is responsible for reimbursing lost or damaged items. Once a package is scanned in by USPS, we’ve fulfilled our part in the process.

We are always happy to assist you with documentation or information needed for your USPS claim.

🚨 Tips to Ensure Smooth Delivery:

  • Double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • Track your package using the USPS tracking link.

  • Be available to receive the delivery if your area is prone to package theft or damage.
