At Aspiring Aromas, we proudly offer both domestic shipping (via UPS & USPS) and worldwide international shipping.

Once your form has been submitted:
Our team will review your order details
An invoice will be created based on your selections
Your invoice will be sent to the email provided within 1β3 business days
All invoices must be paid within 24 hours of being sent
Any invoice not paid within this timeframe will be automatically canceled and voided
Cancelled invoices will result in the release of your items back into available inventory
You may use discount codes βFatimaβΒ at checkout when paying your invoice
Discount codes, if applicable, must be applied at the time of invoice checkout. We are unable to apply or adjust discounts after payment has been completed.
All international orders operate on a separate ordering window, which typically opens 4 days prior to U.S. ordering dates. While the ordering timeframe differs, please note that processing and shipping timelines remain the same as U.S. orders. While we take every precaution to ensure your order is packaged securely and shipped with accurate documentation, international shipping carries additional risks and responsibilities that are outside of our control.
Once your package has been shipped, Aspiring Aromas is not responsible for delays, losses, or issues that occur during international transit or customs processing.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Customs delays, inspections, or holds
Packages rejected or denied entry into your country
Import restrictions or prohibited items
VAT, duties, taxes, or additional customs fees
Packages abandoned or unclaimed by the recipient
Carrier delays once the package has left the United States
All international customers are responsible for:
Understanding their countryβs import laws and restrictions
Paying any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes
Ensuring that the products ordered are permitted within their country
Aspiring Aromas does not control or estimate customs fees, and these charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
Failure to pay customs fees or refusal to accept delivery may result in your package being returned, destroyed, or abandoned. In such cases, no refunds or replacements will be issued.
Aspiring Aromas does not issue refunds for international orders that are:
Seized, denied, or destroyed by customs
Delayed due to customs processing
Returned due to unpaid duties or refusal of delivery
Lost or mishandled by the carrier after shipment
All international purchases are considered final sale.

We strongly encourage all international customers to contact their local customs office prior to placing an order to avoid any unexpected issues or delays.
Processing & Turnaround Time
All Aspiring Aromas products are handmade and processed in high volumes, especially during restocks, launches, and sales.
Standard processing time is 5β10 business days (not including weekends and holidays).
Processing time does not include transit time once the package has been handed to the carrier.

As each order is carefully crafted, shipments may not always go out in the exact sequence they were received. We might be waiting on a specific bottle size, label, or a freshly made scent batch to be completed.
If you notice another customer's order being shipped before yours, or if you placed multiple orders that didn't all ship together, please know that it just means those items were ready to go sooner.
If there happens to be a delay that goes beyond the indicated processing timeframe, we will ensure to keep you updated. You can always check the estimated processing times in your confirmation email, on all our social media channels, and most importantly, on our website.
Checkout Acknowledgment
At checkout, customers are required to select a mandatory acknowledgment box confirming that they understand and agree to the following:

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24β72 hours for tracking updates to reflect movement after shipment. Aspiring Aromas is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been accepted by the shipping provider.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refunds. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Aspiring Aromas is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Please ensure your delivery location is secure. Any claims regarding missing packages must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
Spills, Leaks & Damaged Items
We carefully package every order. In the event that an item arrives spilled or damaged:
Refunds are not issued for spills, leaks, or damage. Replacement is the sole resolution.
