At Aspiring Aromas, we offer domestic shipping via UPS and USPS, and we are pleased to provide worldwide shipping.
International shipping is handled exclusively via email. To place an international order:
Provide your complete shipping address and order details via email.
We will create an invoice and send it to you for payment.
All invoices must be settled within 24 hours. Invoices not paid within this timeframe will be considered void.
Any discount codes should be applied during the invoice checkout process.
While we take all reasonable steps to ensure your package arrives safely—including accurate customs declarations—international shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Once the package has been shipped, Aspiring Aromas cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Delays or rejections at your country’s customs
Import restrictions or prohibitions
VAT, duties, or other customs-related fees
Refusal or abandonment of the package by the buyer at customs
It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that the products they are purchasing are allowed into their country. Aspiring Aromas cannot issue refunds for packages that are:
Denied entry or seized by customs
Delayed due to inspection or processing
Abandoned by the customer
While we will ensure all customs documentation is completed accurately and thoroughly, Aspiring Aromas is not responsible for any additional charges, delays, or package rejections during the customs process.
We strongly encourage international customers to check with their local customs office regarding import rules and regulations before placing an order.
