Preorder items will begin processing on April 13th and are expected to ship between April 13th–April 30th, if not sooner. This timeframe is considered on-time and does not qualify for cancellations, refunds, or disputes.

Regular orders require 7–15 business days for processing prior to shipment, excluding weekends and holidays, beginning March 24, 2026.

Cancellations & Changes:

All cancellation or order change requests must be made within 8 hours of purchase. After this window, no changes or cancellations will be accepted.

All purchases are final sale. No refunds, returns, or chargebacks will be accepted under any circumstances.

Damaged or Leaking Items:

Replacements are only issued for items that arrive damaged or leaking in transit. Clear photo evidence must be submitted within 24–48 hours of confirmed delivery for review.
