Order Consolidation:
To streamline your order process, we kindly ask that you combine all items into a single order. We are unable to merge multiple orders after they have been placed.

You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is ready to ship. After the package is dropped off with the carrier, you can expect to see tracking updates within 24-48 hours.
Damaged or Leaking Bottles:
If your bottle arrives leaking, please send pictures within 24-48 hours of receiving it, and we’ll be happy to replace it. However, if the bottle is broken due to carrier mishandling, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Shipping & Lost Packages:
Once your package is in the carrier’s possession, Aspiring Aromas is no longer responsible for it. Please follow up with the carrier if your package is lost or missing. If the issue persists, you can file a claim with the shipping courier. For assistance, feel free to contact us at help@aspiringaromas.com

Correct Shipping Information:
Please double-check that your name and shipping details are accurate. If your shipping label hasn’t been created yet, we can make updates. Simply email us at help@aspiringaromas.com with your order number and name for any changes.

Since all our items are carefully handcrafted and packaged, please allow ample time for shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once your package is in the possession of USPS, we are no longer responsible for any lost or delayed shipments. If your package is stolen after delivery, liability does not fall upon Aspiring Aromas.
Priority Shipping Insurance:
All priority shipping packages are insured. If your item arrives damaged, we will replace your order at no additional cost.
